Suman Ramesh Tulsiani Charitable Trust was founded by Smt. Suman Tulsiani and Shri Ramesh Tulsiani in 1989 with the objective of helping the needy and under privileged in educational and medical fields.
Under the able leadership of its dynamic Chairperson Smt. Suman Tulsiani,
the Trust has lent a helping hand to the following:


  • Scholarships for deserving students at Sophia College, Mumbai.
  • Established a facility for Advanced and Innovative Research and
    Education in Science at Sophia College, Mumbai.
  • Scholarships and loans to deserving students in the field of Information
    and Technology.
  • Established hostel buildings at Ram Ratna Vidya Mandir at Keshav Srishti
    in Bhayander, Mumbai.
  • Established an Engineering College for Vivekanand Education Society in
    Chembur, Mumbai.

The Trust has established the Suman Ramesh Tulsiani Technical Campus (SRTTC) at Kamshet village on the Old Lonavala-Pune Road. SRTTC is an engineering college managed by VIT, Pune which is AICTE approved and affiliated to Pune University. The college will ultimately train about 2500 students in degree and diploma courses. Equipped with all modern facilities, the focus of SRTTC is to groom students into dynamic and result oriented technocrats for embracing opportunities globally.


  • Established a building for Motiben Dalvi Annexe Hospital at
    N. S. Patkar Marg, Mumbai.
  • Established a unit at Sneha Mandir, a home for the aged in Goa.
  • Established the Suman Ramesh Tulsiani Centre Of Love and Care, a
    geriatric centre at Sneha Mandir in Goa.
  • Established Snehabandhan, a home for the aged at Kansal in
    Raigad District.
  • Facilities for terminally ill cancer patients at Shanti Avedna,
    Mount Mary Road, Bandra, Mumbai.
  • A dialysis centre at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Vaidyakiya Pratishthan’s
    Dr. Hedgewar Hospital in Aurangabad.
  • Provision of meals for patient’s relatives in Pediatric ward at
    J.J. Hospital, Mumbai.
  • Contributed to the cause of tsunami affected people in South India.
